Andre Verde was born in Porto in August 1988. At age 5, he moved to Macao, where he spent his childhood, returning to Portugal in 1998. In 2007, Andre took a degree in Cinema and Audiovisual in his hometown. As a real traveller, in 2014 moved to London, and in 2022 he started living in Barcelona.
During his twelve-year career, he ventured abroad to work in various artistic areas such as theatre, film and performing arts, and business advertising and design. A film lover, he was a screenwriter, director and producer of some projects, such as Calcanhar Daqueles (2009) and Agua Que Choro (2010). He has worked with over five theatre companies as a producer and stage manager with TNSJ during the International Summer Festivals FITEI 2010 and Alkantara 2010. In Advertising, he was the creator and producer of the Alliance Francaise Institute promo, broadcast by over 50 countries in 2012. Creative director of the audiovisual department at Kaira d'Or, collaborating on international projects for Moscow, Dubai and Vienna. Winner Award of the Eunice Munoz 2012 with the musical documental project Quasifonzzo, as co-director and producer. His last advertisement project was in collaboration with (Un)Finished Works as a freelance producer in 2018.
In 2020, Andre decided to take a Master in Creative Producing at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London. In 2021, Andre worked as a Production Assistant in the project LIVE TO TELL: The Madonna Jukebox by Brian Mullin at Battersea Arts Centre and as a Producer with (Un)Realities of Love at Pleasance for Fringe Futures Festival'21. His last project in London was At The Table, an art installation at Peckham Levels, London.
In December 2021, Andre decided to move to Barcelona (Spain) for a new adventure in his life and a unique career opportunity after his master's. August 2022, Andre started working for Frank Stein Studio from Luci Lenox as a Business Development Producer until now.
